Best gelato this side of New Orleans!

Absolutely delicious gelato and amazing service! We will definitely go again!

Excellent quality, friendly staff. Had more choices of dairy-free than I've ever seen, which is huge for my little boy allergic to dairy. Now the whole family can go out to eat ice cream! They always have dairy-free chocolate in the back, too, even when they aren't showing it in the case.

It was a nice treat right after dinner. Service was great. Very nice team of workers. Patient for my indecisive self since it was my first time there. It was super busy. I love the variety, atmosphere and service. From where I live I think it's worth the drive.

My all time favorite place to pick up ice cream

Amazing Gelato with a great selections of flavors to choose from. They are also open till 11 some nights so all the best for a late night sweet treat or desert. The staff is friendly and speedy. The only downside was all of their bottles sodas and sparkling waters were expired or flat the last time we were there.

Ultra creamy, a bit pricey considering talenti gelato available at Whole Foods next door for 1/3 the price. Yet for quick convenience and a good variety of flavors fair deal.

I stopped in today to get gelato and espresso the girl who was working was kind of slow and her entire nose was bright red. I am positive she was sick and since I just recently spent eight days in the hospital with a horrible infection I decided to leave so I would not become sick also. I have not been around anyone who is ill recently other than this person and 3 hours later I find myself feeling like I have a cold coming on. Don't come to work when you're sick especially when you work in food service. I'm quite pissed because I have surgery coming up next week and I cannot be ill. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. The manager should have sent her home because she is visibly sick and I was not near her very long but she could have been working all day and contaminating the store

These guys are a good pacuigo. The other stores like to BS you by putting a whole lot of air in the middle of the cup and making the sides look high. The other stores are crooks. This store actually fills the center of the cup with what you are paying for. 6 stars if I could.

Prices are high. And they don't give you any toppings. Ex. I ordered chocolate chip cookie dough but didn't get any of the cookie dough pieces.

CAUTION: The Tiramisu and Amaretto have alcohol. Be sure to ask if you have dietary restrictions.Other than that, the temperature, texture, and flavor of the gelato were on point, but the service was disappointing. When I asked for a second sample, I was told by one of the employees that that was my last one and that they didn't give out unlimited samples. My aunt, nieces, and nephew were all told the same by that employee. To be fair, some of my relatives who come here often said the restriction on samples wasn't typical, and that the employee who was implementing this was probably new. We had another misunderstanding/mishap during our visit, but I appreciate that the employees eventually apologized for that one and didn't make us pay for the two cups we had to throw out.

Paciugo has been around for a very long time and has never ceased to be amazing. Paciugo keeps adding things to the menu and I feel like I always have something new to try each time I come. Paciugo has around 50 (give or take) flavors of ice cream gelato (which is healthier, but theirs still taste amazing) as well as macarons, milk shakes, coffees, espressos, the list goes on.

This place used to be really good. Lovely flavors, smooth and creamy gelato. However, since a private owner purchased them, the quality has gone significantly down. Flavor is super bland now. Big disappointment.

This was my favorite location so far because the ice cream were always fresh and the selection was good. Unfortunately today after shopping at Whole Foods I parked on front of the store and was finishing up my slice of pizza. I witnessed 2 employees eating ice cream with the tiny spoons directly from the fridge trying different flavors with the same spoon. It was disgusting to watch that. As a health professional I will never be back at this location. This incident happened on 01/03/2020 at 6PM

Staff didn't look very friendly. Store was clean and ice cream was delicious. They are not going to get customer service points.

The pizza was decent. I liked their flavors and make of the pizza. I didnt like the set up of the restuarant, it was quite dull.

This place is always great. Never a huge line between 8 or later. Service is on point.

Tasty, but overpriced. If your looking for a fun specialty flavor like ammaretto chocolate chip go for it. Otherwise go grab a carton of ice cream from the grocery store

Very good Italian ice. But they stand over you at the check out and expect a huge tip. If I go back I will pay with cash.

Delicious! Enjoyed a regular cup with 3 flavors: salted caramel, coconut, and chocolate fondente. Perfect!

There shout be a law against this place I been vising this place like an addict. One of the best ice creams I have tastes in Texas. Non if those fake skimmed milk with all those artificial flavouring. This is real ingredients and real milk. Try out the french 3 vanilla and not the normal vanilla, rose flavour and Salt& cramel with pecan. Take my word your will be here back for sure.

You can't go wrong with Paciugo. The best thing is the cute little spoons. And the flavor with cherries, whatever that one is called.
